These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of jayhackpro.com and any purchase made through it. The site and store are operated by JayHackPro® Inc. (“JayHackPro”, “the company”), a cybersecurity company headquartered in Los Angeles, California, United States. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these Terms.
The site
You may use the site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to attempt to disrupt it, probe or breach its security other than through coordinated disclosure to info@JayHackPro.com, scrape it at abusive volume, or use it to distribute malware. Given what the company does all day, it will notice.
Products and licenses
JayHackPro sells digital software products, licenses and support services. Digital products are delivered by download or license key after payment clears. Each product page states what a purchase includes; paid licenses grant the rights described at the time of purchase and do not transfer ownership of the software.
Open-source tools published by JayHackPro, including JayShield, remain governed by their own licenses (for JayShield, the MIT license available in its repository). Nothing in these Terms narrows the rights those licenses grant you.
Pricing and payment
Prices are listed in US dollars and may change at any time; the price at checkout is the price you pay. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors, and the company never receives your full card details. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout where required.
Refunds
Digital products can be refunded within 14 days of purchase if the product has not been downloaded and no license key has been activated. Once a download or activation has taken place, a refund is available only where the product is materially defective and the company cannot fix it within a reasonable time. To request a refund, email info@JayHackPro.com with your order number. Statutory consumer rights in your country remain unaffected.
Intellectual property
JayHackPro® and JayShield® are registered marks of JayHackPro® Inc. Site content, product code and documentation are the property of the company or its licensors. Except for rights expressly granted by a purchase or an open-source license, no rights are transferred to you.
Security tools disclaimer
The company’s products are security tools. They are provided to defend systems you own or are authorized to test. You are responsible for using them lawfully, and for maintaining backups of your own data. No security tool catches everything, and the company does not warrant that its products will detect or remove every threat.
Warranties and liability
The site and all products are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, except where a product page or mandatory law states otherwise. To the maximum extent permitted by law, JayHackPro’s total liability arising out of these Terms or any product is limited to the amount you paid for the product concerned in the 12 months before the claim, and the company is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Indemnity
You agree to indemnify the company against claims arising from your unlawful use of the site or its tools, including use against systems you were not authorized to test.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, except where mandatory consumer law gives you the right to sue at home.
Changes and severability
The company may update these Terms; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order. If any provision is found unenforceable, the rest remain in force.
