Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how JayHackPro® Inc. (“JayHackPro”, “the company”) collects, uses and protects personal information when you visit jayhackpro.com, use its tools or purchase its software. JayHackPro is a cybersecurity company headquartered in Los Angeles, California, United States. Privacy is not a legal checkbox here, it is a design principle: the company collects as little as possible and its tools phone home to no one.

What the company collects

Information you provide

  • Purchases and accounts. When you buy software or create an account, JayHackPro collects your name, email address, billing address and order history.
  • Correspondence. When you email info@JayHackPro.com, the company keeps the message and your contact details for as long as needed to help you.

Information collected automatically

  • Server logs. The hosting infrastructure records IP addresses, browser type, pages requested and timestamps. Logs are used for security and troubleshooting and are rotated automatically.
  • Essential cookies. The site sets cookies that are strictly necessary for it to work, such as shopping cart and session cookies, plus a cookie that remembers your consent choice. The site does not run third-party advertising or tracking pixels.

What the company does not collect

  • Payment card numbers. Payments are handled by dedicated payment processors; card details never touch JayHackPro servers.
  • Telemetry from its tools. JayShield and every other JayHackPro tool run entirely on your own machine and send nothing back.
  • Data brokerage of any kind. JayHackPro does not sell, rent or trade personal information. Ever.

How information is used

  • To deliver purchases, provide downloads and manage licenses.
  • To answer support requests and service messages you ask for.
  • To keep the site secure, prevent fraud and abuse, and comply with law.

The legal bases under the EU and UK General Data Protection Regulation are performance of a contract (orders and accounts), legitimate interests (security and logs) and consent (non-essential cookies, if any are ever introduced).

Sharing

Personal information is shared only with service providers that make the site work: the hosting provider, payment processors and email infrastructure. Each processes data under its own contractual safeguards. Information may also be disclosed if the law requires it. There are no other recipients.

International transfers

JayHackPro is based in the United States and its hosting infrastructure operates in the United Kingdom and the United States. Where data moves across borders from the EU, UK or other regions, it is protected by standard contractual safeguards.

Retention

Order records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Support correspondence is kept while an issue is open and for a reasonable period afterwards. Server logs rotate automatically. Account data is deleted on request.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under the GDPR and the California Consumer Privacy Act, you have the right to access, correct, delete and receive a copy of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, and to complain to your local supervisory authority. California residents also have the right to know what categories of information are collected and the right to opt out of sale; JayHackPro sells no personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of.

To exercise any right, email info@JayHackPro.com. The company responds within the timelines the law sets, and never discriminates against you for exercising your rights.

Children

The site and store are not directed at children under 16 and the company does not knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact the company and it will be deleted.

Security

The site is served exclusively over HTTPS. Access to order data is limited to what operating the store requires. JayHackPro builds security software for a living and applies the same standards to its own infrastructure.

Changes

When this policy changes, the new version is posted here with an updated effective date. Material changes are highlighted on this page.
